This is fabulous! I love updo hairstyles but am updo challenged so I tend to settle for the bun at the nape of my neck. I even bought one of those hair accessories that are supposed to make creating a french roll as easy as 1-2-3. I still haven’t figured it out :(. But this looks fantastic and if my fingers and hair become more coordinated, I think I can give it a try :).

My job offers insurance. It’s $400 per person, per month. My husband has excellent coverage, but a rule just went into a effect that if spouses job offers it you cannot cover them. Very odd. So looks like I’ll be paying out the butt again soon.

Why is it their business if a spouse can get coverage, or even works? Seems like an invasion of privacy.

They’re cheap. It’s a union so they don’t want to pay more than they need to pay. I only found out after cutting my fingertip.. They wanted to revoke coverage right then and there. Thankfully my job doesn’t have open enrollment until July 2012, which in that case they can’t uncover me because there’s a clause that they have to cover a spouse if they aren’t able to access coverage. Hubby and I came to the conclusion that I will not be renewing my contract in July since we’re expecting. $400 for medical then $1000 for daycare is more than my monthly income since I only work part-time. We’d prefer one of us with the baby anyway. Kind of works out.
My husband has been watching this in YouTube over and over again…I don’t know, Jack Bauer is pretty hardcore sometimes, he doesn’t seem to have any boundaries. I was really scared for Santa:

HILARIOUS! We just discovered 24 about 3 weeks ago, and have watched the entire first two seasons since. We are working on season 3 now (love Amazon Prime) but had to take a break this week since we are visiting the in-laws.
