Banana Walnut Mini Cheesecakes For Two

Valentine’s Day last month put me in mind of how to have more fun date nights at home, so I’ve been creating some recipes that would be wonderful for a romantic date night while staying in. Obviously these treats would also be great for anniversaries, birthdays, or any time you want something particularly delicious, yet […]

  • Oh I love the size of these. They’re just perfect and satisfying enough. YUM!

  • These sound perfect for date night! Love that you can create something special without having to spend a lot or get something extravagant

  • Oh these turned out fabulous. Add a little caramel sauce on top and I would be in heaven eating one ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Kait

Cute and perfect for portion control! Loved how these turned out!

  • Terri

This sounds delicious. Love your use of raw sugar in the recipe and in the photo ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Raijean

Geez, this sounds amazing. I need to try this, this weekend.

  • HilLesha

Something like this would be perfect for me to make on Valentine’s Day. I’m sure my husband would love it! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Vanessa

This looks so tasty! I’ll definitely have to try this as I’m sure me and my family would love it.

  • Colleen

  • Courtney

Who doesn’t love a good cheescake?? These are just too sweet! Love the bananas on top too ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Donna

I love mini desserts since it’s like built-in portion control. ๐Ÿ™‚ I know my husband would love this too, so I see this in my near future.

  • Crystal

I could eat chocolate for every meal of the day, but my husband isn’t as big of a fan. This is much more up his alley. I know he’d love these for Valentine’s Day.

  • Donna

My favorite thing is desserts in bite-sized, mini, or small portions! It helps me to keep the portion control in check! And I need it when it comes to cheesecake. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Andrea

These look amazing! I am loving the little desserts trend and even have these same coquettes in my panty. I am going to have to look for the Nourish Nutty Nanas in my store. I haven’t seen them before, but they do look yummy!

  • Ty

Sounds like a really tasty combination! I can’t wait to try these!

  • Ty

I’m so glad I checked back as I forgot where I saw this. I just bookmarked this. Thanks for the recipe.

  • I adore cheeecake! It is one of my favorite desserts and this banana walnut version sounds heavenly.

Friends, Football, and #QuesoForAll

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of RO*TEL & VELVEETA . All opinions are 100% mine. It’s time for kick off, and of course that means football fans everywhere are going to be hosting tailgating parties for all their friends. It’s no different here, mainly because while the guys in my […]

  • I don’t know how just those 2 ingredients taste so darn good in that dip, but they really do. I love that flavor. It’s a must for a game day!

  • Terri

How fun! I’ve seen several “bar” type set ups but this is my first time seeing a queso one.

  • Vanessa

This looks so tasty for a tailgating party. I love the new design for your site as well!

  • Anne

You know I’ve never hosted a football party. My parents always did. If I did this is what I’d like to serve.

  • Tammy

That’s so fun! We did something similar last year for Cinco De Mayo where we had a ‘Dipping Bar’ for Taquitos. I had all kinds of salsas and dips to choose from, including of course…Queso! I should do it again for SuperBowl this year.

  • Kait

I used to LOVE this dip but I over killed it my first trimester and then got horribly sick. Lesson learned. Maybe it’s time to,try it again haha

  • Penelope

I was the same way my first trimester, craved specific things and way overdid it, and then didn’t have it for years after! If you don’t overdo it, it rocks ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Crystal

Allowing guests to be able to fix their plates themselves means everyone ends up with the perfect tailgating snack. And when you top it off with queso, you just can’t go wrong!

  • Marcie W.

The NFL season only ended a few weeks ago and I already miss football so much! Luckily, we are a queso loving family and definitely intend to indulge a few times throughout the year.

I use give these to my kids, but totally forgot about them. I have to remember to pick them up next time I’m at the market, they really loved them.

  • Forget the kids! I like them myself! They taste indulgent but aren’t, so I love that!

  • What kid doesn’t love Snackpacks? And I may or may not love them myself. ๐Ÿ™‚ My son always loved it when I would pack them in his lunch when he was in grade school.

  • Tamara

I can tell just by these photos, that your little guy is such a character already! I don’t wonder why he liked that chocolatey goodness though. Who can resist chocolate pudding for a snack ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Lily

My son is a big fan of their puddings, too, especially the chocolate.

  • Anne

My husband and daughter are big fans of that pudding. We always have it in the fridge.

  • Kait

We love Snack Packs in our house! Such a sweet little indulgence when needed ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • TerriAnn

  • Annalia

My daughter and hubby love these! We always have them in the fridge.

  • Marcie W.

Better-For-You Chocolate Almond Biscotti Muffins Recipe

Losing weight and making decisions that are better for you are two of the top resolutions people make year after year, and I’m no exception.
