Fun Lunches And Snack Time

This post brought to you by Snack Pack. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Penelope’s Oasis.

Every weekday I send my son off to school with lunch, and everyday I want to make sure it’s something he will enjoy. I try to include a variety of foods, and it helps if it’s easy to pack. Snack Packs are a popular treat among his school friends, and I recently offered some to my younger son, who loved it so much he had two. It was a cup of chocolate to him, and since he’s not in school yet, I realized my kindergartener’s lunch time snack is a perfect midday snack for the son who is still stuck with boring mom at home.

Snack Pack® is a simple, wholesome snack that kids enjoy eating by themselves (and younger tots will end up with a messy face, the type that will make the grandparents happy when you share them on instagram), and the independence they feel opening and eating a pack by themselves makes them extra happy (the redesigned lid makes it even easier to open). I can easily pop a few into my bad to take on the go to, because my kids get hungry while we are out and about all the time!

(and my son? he ate it with a spoon, and tried to drink it too…and tried to spoon up anything he dropped, so none of his Snack Pack® went to waste…he likes it 🙂 )

Snack Pack® is make with real nonfat milk and contain no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup, and is fortified with as much calcium as an 8 ounce glass of milk (all Snack Pack® products containt 30% DV calcium except for Bakery Shop Lemon Meringue Pie, Lemon Pudding, and Snack Pack Gels). I use give these to my kids, but totally forgot about them. I have to remember to pick them up next time I’m at the market, they really loved them.

  • Forget the kids! I like them myself! They taste indulgent but aren’t, so I love that!

  • What kid doesn’t love Snackpacks? And I may or may not love them myself. 🙂 My son always loved it when I would pack them in his lunch when he was in grade school.

I can tell just by these photos, that your little guy is such a character already! I don’t wonder why he liked that chocolatey goodness though. Who can resist chocolate pudding for a snack 🙂

My son is a big fan of their puddings, too, especially the chocolate.

My kids love finding an occasional pudding inside their lunchboxes at school. A treat like that can really make them feel special and put a smile on their face!
