These are amazing tips! I eat most of these foods on a daily basis and I am happy to read about their fat burning abilities. One thing that I have done recently is using MyFitnessPal.com (I’m not getting paid for promoting them I just want to share). It’s free and you can download the app on your phone and look up nutrition info on any food (even popular restaurant chains and food).
Great ideas here. One thing that has worked for me in the past is eating 5-6 small meals a day vs 2-3 bigger meals. It allows the body time to digest and you will more then likely burn each meal off easier. Thanks for the great post here.

My boys have pretty neat smiles and pretty straight teeth. They get that courtesy of their dad however. He has the straightest teeth and has never worn braces. Me, not so lucky.
I love invisible braces. Perhaps one of the best medical inventions next to the epidural LOL
Seriously though, they save kids so much grief and embarrassment. And I bet their cheeks don’t get all cut up on the inside with invisible braces either.
I never had braces, my husband did. We had one who didn’t need them, and one who did. The one who did now has absolutely gorgeous teeth (as does the older 🙂 )

I am enjoying these types of movies more and more the older I get! I love that Grandma and Grandpa, parents and kids can all watch it together, and no one needs to feel uncomfortable because of the content.
