Not only are the videos very in depth, but they teach tips I never heard elsewhere, and when one of my sons wanted my attention, I was able to bookmark my spot in the video to return to later.
I feel more skilled in the kitchen too! I never braised anything before (the extent of my “slow cooking” was tossing everything into a crock pot and coming back six hours later to serve the meal- braising adds so much more flavor and richness to a meal!).
