A beautiful smile is one of the most attractive features on a person to me, and you can’t have a great smile if you don’t have healthy teeth. I’m nuts about my dental hygiene (not a single cavity yet) and I am trying to teach my son to brush as well, so he has healthy toddler teeth. Have you ever tried to get a toddler excited about brushing his teeth?
The main problem is that what it takes to have healthy teeth isn’t exactly fun. Manual brushing is tiring (imagine someone with carpel tunnel’s doing this), and it is especially boring for children who have shorter attention spans. It’s no surprise I face a fight to get my toddler to brush his teeth, and my husband only brushes once a day because he “has to”, but doesn’t really enjoy it. My son has some plaque build up already, and I have to wonder how clean they are getting their teeth when they just rush through it.
I get it. It’s boring. And tedious. And boring. Especially for a toddler.

A & H challenged me to Switch and Save by trying out their Spinbrush ProClean, and since I’m ready to try anything to get my family more enthusiastic about brushing regularly, I gladly accepted. The A & H Spinbrush ProClean features dual action brushing (it spins and brushes back and forth) and has been shown to reduce plaque an additional 70%, so I’m hopeful the novelty of a battery-powered brush makes the clan more excited about brushing their teeth (or at least more consistent about doing it). Results to follow (and hopefully a photo of some sparkling toddler teeth)!
