Great list! I wish they had this stuff when my son was a baby, which really wasn't that long ago. "What to Expect.." was my go-to guide when I was pregnant, such a great book! Great post! I used to work at American Apparel and they actually have a really cute selection of baby clothes that people don't know about. They're great for gifts and also very cheap! Check out the karate pant and tank tops!

My friend just sent me this book and I suggest all women to get a copy. I have read it and its simply realistic and awesome. i have tried the first four secrets and my oh my. they do work. just check it out and you'll be pleased you did.
Thanks for this link! I have been reading Helen Andelin's book for over 25 years and just discovered the free e-book, but it is interesting to see the original!
I read fascinating womanhood and I now can’t live without it. It has changed my marriage a lot and I’m so grateful. I always say Helen Andelin is an angel sent by God to save our marriages. I recommend the book to every woman.
It is a wonderful book, but the actual author is unknown. Helen Andelin took the original pamphlets and added a chapter for married women and sought the rights to publish them. I really believe the original author is a man who kindly shared with womenhood what men really want.
(or at least a very wise woman)
In the beginning of the published F, Andelin credits the content to the pamphlets (she is required to legally), which are also available for free on Harvard Library’s online site. They were written circa 1922 (before Andelin was born). She never discussed this in interviews (and let it be thought she was the author) but legally she had to add to her book that the published book was derived from elsewhere, since she took the content almost word for word).
I’m thankful to her for making a book out of someone else’s work because I never would have come across the practically obsolete pamphlets, but her book is in bookstores so I was able to find it.

I hope it helps you! There is a free version at New Zealand Press (I think it’s called “Secrets Of Fascinating Womanhood”)…it helps any woman be a more fascinating woman (married or single), and is filled with happy marriage tips.

Congratulations on having a soon to be bundle of boy joy!!! When my sister in law was expecting and found out they were having a boy I will admit to being a little freaked out. There had never been other babies in the family so I figured at least if they have a girl I know what girls are like, because I'm a girl!!! I tell you, I wouldn't trade having a nephew for anything in the world!!! He is so much fun, and so easy to care for!!! He is my little buddy and we have such a great bond! You and hubby are going to have so much fun with your son!!!
Congratulations! Little Boys are awesome but yes, even at 14 months my son is a little wild man. He throws himself off ottomans, pushes our Doberman around, wrestles his 2 year old sister to the ground and jumps in the pool even if you are not there to catch him. Still he hugs and kisses and loves his family with that same excitement. Yay!
Congrats! My little boy is a HUGE Mama's boy, and I have to admit, I LOVE IT! 🙂 He is very snuggly and he kisses me all the time! He does like to climb everything in sight right now… he's 20 months old. And he likes to run around and dance to music. But he really is a good, sweet baby! I think my nieces are much wilder than he is!
You will have lots of fun and great memories with your little boy! 🙂

I love having a boy, he is such fun! I don't mind what I have this time – due date on 22nd December, I am not desperate for 'one of each' as some people are. What God blesses me with is more than enough.
