Sleep Smarter.

This post brought to you by Sleep Number. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Penelope’s Oasis. I don’t get enough sleep. I just don’t. When I read that Americans get an average of 6.7 hours of sleep a night (below the recommended 8 hours) I was frankly jealous. I think I get […]

I definitely do not get enough sleep every night. I think my mattress is the culprit. I wake up multiple times during the night with crazy back pain. I keep having the “we NEED a new bed” talk with my husband. And while he agrees, we can’t agree on what kind/brand to get. I am going to discuss Sleep Number with him. I really like that he can get the kind of mattress he want and the same for me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Penelope!

  • I would love to have a Sleep Number bed, especially since I prefer my mattress to be soft and warm and my husband likes things more firm and cool. Thankfully I at least get enough rest each night.

  • Nina Say

I have always wanted to buy a Sleep Number bed. They look so comfortable, it would be nice not to wake up sore.

  • Theresa

The best night of sleep I ever had was on a Sleep Number in one of the hotels we were staying in. I’d love to have one of my own!

These are awesome tips. I will definitely be prepared next time 😉

  • Debra

All great advice. I interview a lot of people and I have to say the biggest fault they have is not doing any research before coming in for an interview. It doesn’t take much effort to look a company or a position up on the internet.

  • Tracy

Good to hear that Tracfone is donating to Dress for Success! Very good cause!

  • Catherine S

These are really great tips! Interviews make me really nervous.

  • It helps me relax a lot to feel like I’m prepared. Researching the company ahead of time would be a great way for me to feel knowledgable.

  • Kecia

Great tips for interviews! My husband has been looking for a new job recently, and has been doing so much research on the companies he’s interviewing with. It will all pay off soon, I’m sure!
