    When I was a kid I got this perfect puppy that required batteries. It was one of those toy dogs that moved around and you could “walk” it lol. of course my parents didn’t buy the batteries with it! I was heartbroken haha

    was at my son’s birthday and like i bought everything the toys the cake the ballons the helium the punch the napkins the litle bitty toys to pass around and then most of the toys i got i needed batterys and it was such a heart breaking moment the joy just ended for a moment until someone said ill be back and all was better when he got back with like 50 worth of batterys

    One year one of my sons got an RC motorcycle. He was sooo excited to try it out, but when we tried, we discovered that it didn’t come with batteries like most toys. He was so bummed. We didn’t even have the size of battery it needed, so he had to wait until the next day.

    I remember when I got my absolute must have gift of mall madness when I was a little girl and my parents didn’t have batteries for it so I had to wait until we went to the store. It was like torture!! I still remember it vividly! It’s amazing what kids find life ending! Lol
