| My Mini Mioche |
My little guy is precious to me, so I strived to find him organic clothing during much of his first year. This limited his clothing options because, as I unfortunately discovered during my shopping excursions, most organic clothing isn’t that great looking. Lots of tans and beige and lots of Buddhist monk-looking clothing span the organic baby clothing horizon. The few companies that do offer something else tend to offer very cute or funny/novelty clothing- great, but not for every day.

I recently learned about Mini Mioche, a Canadian company that makes comfortable, attractive, 100% organic clothes for babies and toddlers that are both well-made and practical- terrific for everyday clothing basics. I was thrilled when I opened up a package from Mini Mioche to find a great outfit inside, comprised of black boogie pants and a grey Harvest Crew sweatshirt with kangaroo pockets. Little man looked like a real little man in this outfit. The material is very soft and comfy, and I find myself pulling this outfit out a lot for him to wear. It keeps him warm and cozy, I don’t have to deal with any buttons or zippers, and most importantly, he is comfortable in it.
The top fits him perfectly, and I especially love the sleeve length. The sleeves are just a tad past his wrists, so I can roll them up a bit, which I love to do with sweatshirts in general, or leave them long, to keep hands warm in the winter. The boogie pants are like your favorite comfy sweatpants (or in my case, my yoga pants). Little man lounges around the house in them. They are a great alternative to jeans or pants to play in.

i love the joyful dress in black ind snug pants in vintage plum because my little girl could wear them many times in lots of combinations with clothes she already has. They also look very comfy, a plus since she will pull off itchy stuff, lol!
