Problem Solvers And Wish Granters #WishesDelivered

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS. All opinions are 100% mine.

‘Tis the season of wishes being made and wishes being granted, and every package that ends up on someone’s doorstep started with a wish. The men and women of UPS work around the clock to deliver so many packages throughout the holiday season and beyond, and this season UPS wants to highlight people and organizations that make the world a better place because they “deliver wishes” in their own way with the UPS #WishesDelivered campaign.

We all know problem solvers, that person or organization that works tirelessly and with dedication to help make their neighborhood, community, or even country better. These people deserve recognition, and UPS wants us to shout them out and share their stories!

Share Your Wish, Help Raise Money For Charity

Share your story about someone who is making a difference and making wishes come true for others, and include #WishesDelivered so UPS sees it. Encouraging those who do so much, and showing them they are appreciated, is a great way to let them know we see their commitment and love and both admire and support them. It also helps spread good feelings of gratitude… maybe more people will share their own #wishesdelivered stories, or be inspired to become problem solvers too!

UPS is creating videos celebrating the efforts of individuals and organizations that problem solve for the greater good, and for every #WishesDelivered wish or story shared on twitter, instagram, or the UPS campaign hub about someone you know who makes wishes come true, UPS will donate $1 to one of their charity partners, which includes Boys & Girls Club of America, World Food Programme, Toys for Tots Literacy Program, The Salvation Army, and The UN Refugee Agency, up to $150K!

Your wish may automatically become part of the UPS #WishesDelivered site just by posting it on your social media (twitter or instagram) with the hashtag #WishesDelivered…. share on them all!

In my community, we have so many who go above and beyond, and I feel lucky that I can share so many great stories. A friend of my husband is a volunteer EMT who makes sure he runs to every call, day or night. He worries that other volunteers may be too tied up to make it on time and someone in need will be without help, so has yet to not show up at a call for someone in distress. He’s a tired man, but a happy man, with a grateful neighborhood who knows there is always someone to rely on if there is an emergency. There should be more people like Tim in the world!

Mr. Brown is another great man, a real problem solver who helped get wonderful books into the hands of people in Africa, because he himself knew the power and magic of reading. He dedicated himself to making sure this happened (and got some help along the way):

Do you want to honor a problem solver?

Tell us your general wish for the greater good, or share how you or someone in your community is making wishes come true by being a “problem solver” today, and don’t forget to hashtag #WishesDelivered so UPS will donate $1 to Boys & Girls Club of America, World Food Programme, Toys for Tots Literacy Program, The Salvation Army, or The UN Refugee Agency!

If you give someone a shout out to honor their contributions, I’d love to know about it, so please share it with me too! Learn more by visiting the #WishesDelivered Site.
