Long days, not enough sleep, too much caffeine, bad food choices… it started sometime around college when I stayed up late cramming for tests on weekdays and going out with friends on weekends, and kept enjoying foods and beverages late into the night. I see a lot of fun ahead this year, with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, and I already know I’ll be staying up late enjoying myself that night.
