Dear boys,
What a fun month this was!
My little man, you have so much going on in school, you are learning to add and about money and about wonderful holidays and people in our countries history. You color in the lines, you are teaching your little brother to talk, and it was fun to find out the little girls in your class are all in love with you!
To my baby who is no longer a baby, you are now two. You are my Thing #2 and seeing you follow in your brother’s footsteps, being as curious, mischievous and charming as he is, is a total hoot.
I love you both so much and can’t wait for this icy winter to end so we can start going to the park again! Indoor play is great, but I think we are all over it. Looking forward to more fun adventures together!
Love,
Mama

This is part of a series of letters to our children I’m participating in monthly with a group of photographers as a way to encourage us to share favorite memories with our kidsโฆnext letter is by Rachel at Grace Abounds Photography.

Love these thoughts and words this month, Penelope! My littles and I are more than ready for spring right now, as well. And so good to see a photo of you with your boys! That is not as easy feat. ๐ But so important…
How precious is this! I need to do one for my son.
What a sweet letter. I love adventures will little boys, I don’t know how you guys keep them cooped up in the north during the winter. Kudos to you all. ๐
Cute little boys and glad to see you in the picture. Those are so rare. I finally got one too with my little boy.
Such a sweet letter! I love how you noticed the he colors in the lines. It’s those little details that we notice as a mother and speak so much to a child’s personality. I love it (My daughter rarely colors on the paper, much less the lines. LOL)
I am noticing a trend this month – mom’s getting in the photos with their kids, and I LOVE it! You guys are inspiring me for next month ๐
So sweet! We are also soooo ready for spring and playing outside!!!
They are both so cute! We are ready for warmer weather too!
Such sweet words. I love these and should do them for my kids.
Oh now sounds like mommy might be in trouble when he grows up with the girls LOL!
They’re growing so quickly. It’s so nice that your older son is becoming his own person and that the younger one looks up to his brother so much ๐
These are always sweet posts to read. You have such adorable sons.
these boys look like they are full of life and energy! I can’t wait to see your spring pictures and what adventures they find outdoors!
I love these pics! How fun you were able to get one of yourself with your little guys!
This has been such a long winter for little ones all over the continent hasn’t it?! I’m looking forward to seeing photos of your boys when they’re able to be outside, although that window pic of them is so great!
What sweet images and a lovely letter!
Gah, they’re really growing up Penelope! So adorable.
