Nourishing Picky Eaters + Giveaway #Enfagrow AD

I received compensation and free enfagrow products for this post.

My sons are picky eaters, so I generally try to make each bite they do actually eat as nutritious as possible. Every mouthful counts, so I focus on vitamins and anything that nourishes them. After learning how important DHA is in a toddler’s diet (supports brain development), and that on average toddlers only get about 25% of the recommended amount, I try to provide them with foods that have DHA as well, and was happy for the opportunity to try out Enfagrow Toddler nutrition formulas that have DHA for this sponsored post program.

Enfagrow helps parents bridge the gap between how much DHA kids get and how much is recommended by experts. Toddler Transitions is a milk-based infant and toddler formula for children 9-18 months that has iron and DHA, and provides complete nutrition for children 9-12 months. It also has calcium and vitamin D, as well as prebiotics to help support digestive healthy, and comes in a Gentlease and soy formula for sensitive tummies.

Enfagrow Toddler Next Step is a milk drink for children 1-3 years of age, and helps nourish their brain growth, 85% of which happens during the first years of their life. It’s also available in vanilla and ready to drink boxes, and it has calcium and vitamin D as well as 20 other important nutrients.

DHA is an an omega-3 fatty acid that is a building block for the brain, yet it’s not easy to find in foods toddlers typically eat (my kids won’t touch fish), so an easy and tasty way to make sure kids have it every day is with Enfagrow. He wants to build forts out of boxes, and I want to nourish his creative, growing brain because I love my little fort-building bug.

  • It’s reassuring when you know your kids are getting all the necessary nutrients.

  • My oldest is a picky eater also. We try to have conversations about eating properly & making good choices so that she will have the skills to manage her own meals when she’s an adult. Good nutrition really does start young. My kids are a little old for Enfagrow, but I’ll share this information with my friends and fmaily who have younger children.

  • I didn’t realize so much brain growth happened during that time. Great to know there’s something like this out there to give their body a boost!

  • If I hadn’t been able to breastfeed my son (and for the first week I thought I wasn’t going to be able to) I would have appreciated something like this!

I would love to give this to my toddlers who are twins. They are so active and such picky eaters that I think this would be great for them. Thank you!
