For my small family and cooking needs, the 12-Cup was the perfect size, and it’s incredibly versatile…it really does it all. There are a variety of attachments (listed below) that are stored in the included case with hinged cover. Everything is made to be easy to use, high quality, ergonomic, and it looks beautiful on my countertop too.
This is an incredible food processor. It’s the third I ever owned, but ever since it entered my house it’s been on my counter and used daily. The first day I received it I decided to try it out by tossing a variety of veggies into it to add to some ground beef I was browning, and used the 2 mm grating disc to create a fine mulch that was wonderfully uniform. The large size of the feeding tube let me put in larger slices, saving me time, and the grating disc quickly and evenly grated my peppers, tomatoes and onions to perfection. I’ve since used the slicing disc and am in love with how beautifully it sliced some potatoes and other vegetables for me. I make a lot of sauces and mixes while cooking, so I need a good quality food processor, and the Magimix 3200 XL is fabulous!

I haven’t used a few of the attachments yet (like the egg or dough attachments) but I can’t wait to try them based on how well the rest worked.
This is why I want to build up my kitchen arsenal…I am going to be entertaining a lot in our new home (starting with Thanksgiving this year) and I want to make sure everything is fabulous, and that I can make great stuff without a lot of trouble. This should make creating those fabulous appetizers a snap!
