Gluten Free Sliders #GFCommunity

Recently at BlogHer 2012 I had the opportunity to meet some of the great gals of Udi’s online Gluten Free community, including some of the group leaders. We chatted about different ways to use Udi’s Gluten Free products, and we thought of using their Whole Grain Hamburger Buns to make the oven baked garlic bread that I posted about some weeks back. My friend Rachel from Finding Joy (http://rachelmariemartin.blogspot.com/) suggested using Udi’s hot dog buns to make sliders (mini burgers), so we’ve now been slicing their hot dog buns to make sliders at home.

The hotdog buns are the perfect size for mini hamburger buns, and since sliders are one of the few things my picky son will eat, we love this idea!
