This fall was an incredible time for us as a family, a season of milestones and memories, from little man’s first day of school, to buying our first family home. I have a lot to be grateful for.

I am happy that I discovered photography as a hobby, because I can capture our special moments, so we can always look back. I plan to store many in digital frames, such as the Sony photo frames from Tesco, which will store 250 photos and allow us to view them in a slideshow, on my husband’s desk at work, on my wall at home, anywhere that will let us reminisce.
I don’t want to hide our photos away in dusty albums, to have to choose between significant photos to frame, or to forget a single moment; these digital frames allows us to feature them all, and remember them all.
I don’t want to forget his first day of school

or playing with his cousins

or how happy he is, how handsome he looks, and how wonderful I feel when I see him running around in the sun

I want to hold on to every second forever.

I can see why you treasure those photos so much. 🙂
Your photos are getting better and better! I love the second one. So sweet.
I love taking pictures too! So many wonderful memories to capture!
What incredibly sweet photos! Photography is clearly working for you! And I’m with you, never hide photos away on a shelf in an album. Digital frames are the way to go. Great post!
So sweet. I love the picture of cousin kissing him. That face is priceless
Beautiful pictures!
Such great pictures.
My little dude has the same pair of shoes.
Oh how precious, something I really miss is having a camera when the kids were small that I could develop my self.. Beautiful!!
So lovely Penelope! What lens are you using? You captured some beautiful memories.
These are so cute. Love the one where she is trying to kiss him. He wants no part of that. LOL
Your photos are beautiful.
Great photos and they grow so fast.
What great photos!
I wish I could take credit but a friend of mine adjusts them in post processing in ways I can’t comprehend yet (don’t know how to post process photography yet, I post things straight out of the camera), so she changes lighting and does magical things to photos to make them look like they glow. Once we are settled in to our new home, I plan to learn how to use the software and do this myself.
This lens is a 24-70 Nikkor
Awwww! Your post really hit home!
Such sweet photos! It is amazing how they just hold onto our memories isn’t it? I bought my mom a digital photo frame for Mother’s Day and she loved it so much and is always adding photos to it. I need to get a few for myself now!
Those are great shots. Digital Frames are such a great way to showcase so many memories.
Gosh you captured some beautiful moments! 🙂
Aww, these are great pictures!
These are amazing photos.
Oh my goodness the choke hold with his cousin is adorable. Definitely blackmail material!
Your photos are absolutely gorgeous, Penelope! Wow! Your son is so cute–love the grimace on his face when his cousin is kissing him. 🙂
