My son was baptised this week, in a lovely and meaningful ceremony with our closest family and friends. He got his first “hair cut” when the priest cut some strands of his long hair as an offering to God, and he received communion for the first time. I’m so proud of my little guy!

By the way, I didn’t know you were Greek! The Greek Orthodox church in Houston helps with the huge Greek festival every year. That church is absolutely beautiful — they give tours during the festival, explain Church history, etc. It was fascinating.
