Mushroom Barley Soup Recipe For Cold Winter Nights!

Try our of favorite mushroom barley soup recipe this winter!

Ingredients
3 cups mushrooms
1 cup barley
1 celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
5 cups vegetable broth
1 cup water
2 tsps olive oil
Directions
1. Wash mushrooms and cut into halves
2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and add mushrooms. Stir over heat about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add broth, water, celery, carrots, and barley and simmer for about 20 minutes (until barley is cooked).
4. Remove from heat and serve in bowls. Serves 4-6.
