Easy No-Bake Banana Yogurt Pudding Recipe

Being that I am on a major health kick, I love to incorporate foods that are already in my home and make delicious snacks for myself any my family. Pudding and yogurt happen to be quick and delicious snacks I eat between meals so I thought, why not make a protein packed banana pudding. This is an easy no bake banana pudding recipe which is nutritious and perfect for an after workout snack or as a healthy snack any time of day.

Even the children enjoy this babana yogurt pudding and normally they cannot stomach Greek yogurt. I prefer to make this as it takes seconds to whip up and the added crunch from one vanilla wafer helps with my crunchy cravings. Total calories for each one is 111 and it contains NO FAT with 7 grams of protein.
