Crissy, it is pretty hard to make some pie crusts…luckily, there are some natural and/or organic ready made ones that can be purchased. I tried making a flaky dough once, and it came out cook, but it took over an HOUR to make! I didn't bother trying a second time 🙂 The pie was eaten too quickly to make it worthwhile.

I've been wanting to do something but have been fearing that people are going to think that I think that I am better than them if I do it(did your head just spin reading that – mine did) :). Well, no more of that. My husband and I have spoken about it and it's something he suggested anyway so I'm going to put aside those thoughts and do it.

Karm and Sharon, I never heard of her before either, but these are great for the basics for kidlets. I would love to get the potty training kit when it's time for my son to potty train, and the books for older children look like they'd be great too (though I didn't see these, so I can't give an actual opinion on them yet)
