I breast fed all 4 of my kids and each time became a more wonderful experience. It was hard to stop with my last child (who is now 6). We went until he was just over 2 yrs old. It was only about once a day by then, but it was always such a sweet time.
I miss those days, but don't miss the leaking. 🙂

I miss it so much! Both of mine self-weaned from the breast at 13 months. I cried when they wouldn't nurse anymore. It's such a sweet special bonding time! I was hoping my now-15-month-old son would continue breastfeeding through flu season because breastmilk has tons of vitamin C and breastfed babies get sick less, but he had other ideas.
Breastfeeding my daughter who is now 3 years old was tough for a loing time. She had tongue-tie which caused her to have to suck extra hard and that bruised my nipples. Thankfully by 2 months old it hurt alot less because she was starting to outgrow the tongue tie. And I'm super stubborn. I don't think most people would be so stubborn to stick it out for 2 months of pain. I'm glad I did though, it was really worth it! With my son the nipple tenderness was not near as bad or as long, but the after contractions every time he would nurse were agony and lasted 2 months. Ah well, if I ever have another I guess I can say from past experience that if I live through the first 2 months it only gets sweeter from there, right? 😉

I love charm bracelets. I have decided to get my 2 best friends charm bracelets for Christmas and one for me as well. Then get charms that mean something to us. The first charm is going to be a cruise ship or something beachy, since we went to Miami and went on a cruise this past summer. As for charm's I'd get they would mean something to me. I love these bracelets, they are so pretty! Thanks for the opportunity to win and here are my choices –

1. Script Letter C Charm representing my son Christopher's name.
2. The Cross Charm because God is my heart and the foundation of my life.
3. The Moveable Shell Charm because my favorite place in the whole world is the beach. Being a Florida native, I have many wonderful childhood memories of my time there. There is nothing better than staying at a oceanfront condo or house and at night letting the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. 🙂
4. The Paws Charm representing my 80lb. mutt Daisy who is the best dog ever.
