this is actually a nail polish called caviar by ciate, isn’t it wonderful? it has all those fabulous “caviar” manicure beads!

Having Eczema, I can vouch that products with olive oil work wonders! I also use an olive oil conditioner on my hair once a week for a smooth look.

Wonderful tips! Personally, I had to start using organic deodorant (sp?) since the regular ones were causing to break out in a rash. I highly recommend brands such as Florere and Jasons Natural.

Aperature was the first thing I learned about me camera. I love using the lower f-stop to focus in on something with the blurred background.
