When we bought our house we ripped up the carpets to find hardwoods. Major score. I can’t wait to see how it looks.
I can’t believe those gorgeous floors were under that UGLYYYYYY carpet. Why people cover up hardwood is beyond me!!
I cannot wait to see your after photos. Though stressful, it is always awesome to see the progress. We had tons of perfectly awesome hardwood flooring hiding when we moved in here. Basically all we have left to do is finish the entire hardwood flooring in the home and the upstairs bath.

we had done a ton of renovation to our old home, and it was fun, but time consuming. I’m glad our new home is truly NEW and doesn’t need much done to it.

This must’ve been a large project ; how did you even begin to decide to do all of this? I’m thinking of renovating too, but I don’t even know where to start. Do you have any tips on which rooms are the best too start with, and was there any method to your madness (or did you just pick a room by random to start with)? Thanks for the help.
