SpongeBob SquarePants: Season 6 Volume 2- Review and Giveaway! (3 Winners)
We love SpongeBob, ever since we saw the very first episodes “Help Wanted” and “Tea at the Treedome”. I totally understand why our favorite sea dweller has become such a phenomenal cult classic, and we are so excited to share that SpongeBob SquarePants: Season Six, Volume 2 will be available on DVD very soon—starting December 7th, just in time for the holidays!
There are 23 episodes total on two dvd’s, including SpongeBob and the Clash of Triton, the popular double episode featuring the voices of Victoria Beckham and Sebastian Bach. I love every SpongeBob episode, but my favorites this season were Chum Caverns (for the first time, Plankton actually gets more business than the Krusty Krab) and Professor Squidward (I don’t know why, but every episode showcasing the rivalry between Squidward and his arch-nemesis Squilliam becomes a fast favorite for me), and a few featuring Karen, Plankton’s robotic wife (her deadpans are hilarious), including one where he tries to replace her, and another where they celebrate their anniversary. I also love the episodes with Sandy Cheeks, so Overbooked is another favorite.
This season was especially funny, with the return of favorite characters not seen for several seasons, as well as totally new characters added to the families of our regular characters, making cameo appearances that share fun background information about them (such as discovering Mr. Krabs was supposed to be a pirate!). Lots of new adventures- it’s unbelievable how each season is as good as those before, sometimes better. You can also watch SpongeBob become filthy rich, or an extraordinary sand castle competition between SpongeBob and Patrick, or watch Patrick (attempt to) work for Mr. Krabs…and lots more!
Buy It! Ok, it’s clear I have a hard time choosing a favorite episode, but SpongeBob is our favorite cartoon. The running time of the dvd’s are 265 minutes (almost 4 1/2 hours!) and special features are included, including some shorts.

My favorite Nickelodeon show is definitely Spongebob. I watch it in spanish (I have nickelodeon latinoamerica) and in english. I love how Spongebob is always so optimistic, no matter what. I love his friends. I LOVE squidward, his sarcasm, the way he looks…everything.!
Spongebob is actually our favourite Nick toon. It's funny to all ages, and many lines have worked their way into our daily language.
