Every year around the holidays, when I start picking out our holiday cards and sending out correspondence and greetings, I start looking for new return address labels. I like to use something a bit more festive than the usual labels I use the rest of the year, so I went searching. Label Daddy found me somewhere along the way, and I was able to learn about labels that are great not only for holiday return address labels, but to label pretty much anything.

Label Daddy labels are water-proof and very sturdy. Above you can see the holiday selection (a stocking, a dove, and a Christmas tree), all of which come in a set when you order holiday return address label. Because they aren’t made of paper, but rather a plasticky material, they also stretch and have a sheen. You don’t have to worry about spilling food or liquid on them, because it all wipes right off. If you pull on the label, it doesn’t tear, and regular pulling that stretches it doesn’t affect its shape either.
I really stretched one out, and the writing on it was still intact, so these labels would also be great for labeling my personal items in case they get lost. They’d be especially great for labeling your children’s easily lost school items. There are zipper labels and washable tag labels for clothes (pictured below) to label jackets, pencil cases thermoses, lunch boxes, etc.
