Our home has been through a lot of amazing renovations and makeovers since we bought it about two years ago, but one area of our home decor we still haven’t set to work on yet is our outdoor patio area…and I have lots of plans for it!
I’m a girl who needs to visualize a space, so of course I created a #PatioDream Idea Board on Wayfair for our patio theme, a way to sort of plan out what we will be doing with our outdoor entertaining space that serves as a checklist for us too.
I know I want summer colors…the colors of flowers and the sky, pops of pastel and water. I also want it to be comfortable and inviting, welcoming our guests to take a seat and relax with us. And since we plan to entertain all afternoon and evening, I am looking at lighting options for our outdoor patio space that is just as pretty as it is practical.

What do you think of my choices? I woud love a colorful patio seating area, an umbrella to keep the sun off our guests, a pretty dinnerware set to match the mood on beautiful summer days, and as evening approaches, some elegant outdoor lanterns on posts surrounded by flowers… my patio dream!
