Lunch At Boston Market

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com on behalf of Boston Market

Summer is my favorite season, because in addition to the fabulous weather and long, leisurely days, the boys are off from school and we get to spend more time together. We go swimming, play outdoors, and have all three meals a day together in between movies and bike rides and play. We tend to pick up lunch on the go so our day plans aren’t stalled- it’s no fun to have to cut a pool day early or leave the park just to come home and eat. So we’ve been stopping by Boston Market to enjoy their new lunch menu in between our activities, and we have a few in our area so it’s become my reliable lunch spot.

I’ve always loved Boston Market’s rotisserie chicken, so was very excited about the Boston Market lunch menu with lots of sandwiches to choose from. They use the same delicious rotisserie chicken in their lunch items, reassuring me we are eating much healthier than settling for standard cold cuts or processed meats, and soo much tastier too! I can easily order a quality lunch with lots of protein, the convenience of delivery, take-out, or dining in at the restaurant, and confidence that everything will always taste fresh and yummy. Because we want to enjoy our summer and make the most of our days, I love Boston Market’s quick service too.

So what are the new items on the Boston Market lunch menu? Check out these home style rotisserie meal options:

Southwest Chicken BLT on ciabatta with Cholula bacon, avocado, Tillamook pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and chipotle aioli
Chicken Avocado Club on ciabatta with bacon, avocado, Tillamook cheddar cheese, lettuce red onion and herbed mayo
Chicken or Turkey on ciabatta with smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion and herbed mayo
Chicken Salad on multi-grain hoagie roll with sliced tomato, lettuce and mayo
Southwest Cobb Salad with romaine & leaf lettuce blend, bacon, avocado, corn relish, pico de gallo, red onion and chipotle ranch dressing
Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce, 3-cheese blend, croutons and Caesar dressing

There is such a thing as a free lunch

Boston Market is inviting everyone to enjoy a free sandwich on the house on Friday, June 21st! The FREE “Sandwich Throwdown” challenge lasts throughout lunch (from 11am to 2pm) because they is confident their lunch sandwich will leave the corner café you usually visit in the dust. Simply bring in your own favorite sandwich to compare, and let your taste buds decide which is better- your current favorite or an amazing, fresh, never frozen, Boston Market rotisserie chicken sandwich! You may just be hooked on a new lunch favorite. You can vote for which sandwich you think is the best in the throw down via an online survey (free sandwich upgrades will be offered while supplies last).

What did we love? I visited our local Boston Market for lunch, ordering online beforehand so there was no wait (they have delivery also), and picked up a Southwest Chicken BLT on ciabatta and a Southwest Cobb Salad. It was so good, with fresh bread, crunchy lettuce and onions, delicious dressings, avocado, and the chicken was perfect. I returned to pick up a Chicken Avocado Club on Ciabatta from the Rotisserie Carver Sandwiches menu to surprise my family with, and a side of Southwest Cobb Salad for me, and it was another home run sandwich. Everything looked soo fresh and delicious, and tasted even better! (Their chicken actually tastes better than mine, lol.) If we aren’t eating at home, this summer we will be eating at Boston Market.
