Tonight we had to run out of the house almost as soon as we stepped in after coming home from school. The boys had soccer practice, so we just had time to unload schoolbags before grabbing our uniforms to head out. Then we rushed home after soccer to start homework. I sit with my boys to help them out, and this means I don’t have a lot of time to cook. This is a typical evening for most parents with young children.

We are busy. We are all busy.
