Creating A Sitting Area For Our Patio

We have a nice backyard but a lovely patio area for guests to sit in just wasn’t something we were able to get together in our first year of living in our new home. We had a bunch of mismatched patio chairs and tables that we sort of inherited from parents who long ago bought new ones, and we definitely wanted something better for ourselves than old, mismatched cast-offs. Brylane Home is having their End of Season sale for outdoor home decor and entertaining items, and it was a chance for us to see what they had to offer that would be a great fit for our home too.

Items such as outdoor yard and patio lighting, decorative fountains, various types of seating and tables, items for outdoor entertaining and dining, and more are being offered at Brylane Home for great prices, and we were sent a few seating items to review since, well, we need a matching set! I adored that these outdoor patio pieces are available as both single seats and a loveseat (so cute!) and these Textured Vinyl Seats seats are not only sturdy, but the vinyl material is weather resistant so it dries quickly and doesn’t wear out over varied seasons. The seats are extra wide and each can hold at least 350 lbs.

It’s a much nicer looking sitting area for our outdoors, so when we have guests over it looks more streamlined and organized, despite so many scattered children’s toys 🙂 Now all we need is a new table, outdoor rug, and eventually a fire pit, and we are all set!

We were sent these items to review and share our honest opinions.

  • I need some new outdoor furniture and working on getting an outdoor kitchen space. I’m afraid it may be next summer, though.

  • I was so happy I found a nice wicker set at a garage sale. I had to fix it up but it looks great now.

  • These look similar to the lounge type chairs we have on our back patio by the pool. Glad you were able to get something new.
