Every once in a while I crave time with friends, a girls night where I can forget about bills and deadlines and errands and just be silly with my friends. My best friend and I have an awesome time baking and trying new foods and beverages together, and during our last girls night we made up an entirely new mocktail to serve our friends, and see what they thought of our skills.
Sweet Cinnamon Iced Tea Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
Lipton® 100 Calorie Half & Half (Tea & Lemonade)
brown sugar
strawberry juice
lemon juice
cinnamon (ground or grated)
cloves (ground or grated)
Directions
For every 8 oz of Lipton Iced Tea & Lemonade, add 1 tsp brown sugar, a tsp of strawberry and lemon juice, a sprinkling of grated cinnamon and a pinch of grated cloves.
It’s yummy! Very sweet and flavorful, and the clove adds a nice contrast (but just a pinch!). We also served Lipton® Diet Green Tea Honey Ginseng, a fresh fruit salad with strawberries and pineapples and mangoes, and a homemade coffee cake (and it all was awesome together).
