There are two things most of us love- laughing and being with family. The problem? Most venues designed to make us laugh aren’t very family-friendly. Every been to a comedy show? I wouldn’t go to one with my kids. Or my parents. In fact, I don’t go much myself anymore.

I watched a bunch of the video previews and I love them all. Here is one of my favorites (called “Take A Bath”):

It reminded me of my own youth- my mom and grandma did this! It didn’t seem funny when I was a kid, lol, but today I can laugh about it.

I am ecstatic about the idea of family-friendly comedy, because family is so important, and laughing together and having fun together makes a family stronger. I love comedy shows but I don’t like the way comedy has been heading- just not my style. I guess I just don’t find making fun of people or cursing or vulgarity that funny in my old age 😉 I’m just upset it’s a special…it should be a regularly scheduled series. The videos are by AmFam, and if they are reading this, I hope they consider doing this more often.
