There are lots of great reasons to visit Holland, and you never have to visit one of their famous “coffee” shops to have a great time. Last time I was in Amsterdam was 2005, and it’s simply a beautiful country, with friendly people and lots to do. Comedienne Mark Malkoff is on a mission to […]
-
Funny amazing videos, I would love to go to Holland. You certainly have to familiarize your self for sure.
-
That run was such a bad idea, but so funny!
-
OK, I’m game!
-
These are so funny! If only Holland would help us with a little debt reduction.
-
I would love to bike everywhere!
-
I’ve never been, but I’d love to go.
-
Fun! I have only been to the Amsterdam Airport – and I tell you that’s some airport, if the rest of Holland is like that…well it’s got to be a great place to visit!
-
Very funny stuff here man.
I found myself a good place to stay in Amsterdam through amsterdam apartments.
Maybe it appeals to you too, well good travels! -
Great videos! I have some Dutch staying in my Hostel in Ecuador right now. Actually, they just finished celebrating Queen’s Day. You are adding to all of the evidence, convincing me I need to travel to Amsterdam as soon as possible. I think I will move it up a few spots on my travel list.
Thanks for the info and great tours,
Ryan

I love this. I live part of each year in Amsterdam and there’s so much more to the entire country than the coffee shops and Red Light District – a great arts scene and quickly growing fashion industry for starters. It’s very diverse and a great central location for people (like me) who enjoy weekend travel.
-
I would love to visit Holland some day.
-
If you whant the MAGIC – go to Keukenhof, it is a GREAT FLOWER near the town of Lisse in Holland. I have been there and still feels as a Walk in a fairy tale!! I have uploaded photos from my trip there on my blog – you are very welcome to see them! (www. lifes-message.com)
-
I thought that my first note was “gone with the wind”, so I wrote a second one, that is similar, sorry about this!
-
One day I will travel!!
-
it if funny reading this because in the autism community we have a story called “Welcome to Holland” where you were thinking you were going to Italy but you end up in Holland and how it can be just as beautiful even if you don’t know the language.
-
I would love to visit Holland one day!
-
I would love to go to Holland someday. I went through the airport but that was it LOL
-
I’m glad the “running in clogs” video ended better than I was fearing. It looked uncomfortable but at least nobody got hurt. 🙂
I’m so excited about my upcoming trip to Boston (my first time traveling to Boston and our first family trip as well) that I started watching a bunch of great movies and shows that are set in or near Boston, Massachusetts (including a 3 day Cheers marathon). Since I have Boston travel fever, I figured […]
-
Ben Affleck definitely manages to represent Boston! Good Will Hunting is definitely my favorite of these flicks!
-
I’ve been to Boston twice. Once for pleasure and the other for work. Even though I detested the traffic and their “rotaries” or whatever they call them on the east coast I loved the history and sightseeing.
For those that don’t know, not everywhere in Mass. but in a lot of places you can’t make a turn. You can’t even go straight. You pull forward and start going in a circle to your left and take the exit for the direction you wanted to go. I always got confused on which one was for my left or right turn and couldn’t pull to the right to be able to get off so I’d go round and round hoping traffic would clear enough for me to pull over and get off.
-
I love some of those movies. The other ones, I have not seen, but now want to!
-
How fun. I loved to see movies that are made in my own hometown and I know there were many just one this past yr that was awesome too. Thanks for the post idea. love it
-
I haven’t seen any of these. I’ll take your recommendations though. Maybe I can find some of them on Netflix.
-
sadly, i haven’t seen any of these!
-
Hope you have a blast. Mystic River was filmed up the street from me as well as about another 10-20 filmed within the last few years. Boston is a great town, hope you have fun on your visit.
-
I didn’t realize all of these movies were made in Boston. There are some good ones!
-
Good Will Hunting is one of my favorite movies!
-
Out of all of those I’ve only seen The Departed. I actually didn’t care for that one too terribly much, but then it could be because I’m not a huge fan of Damon or DiCaprio
-
I am adding Love Story to my movie watching list. Thanks for the recommend.
(You might see it on my movie review posts.)
-
THE BOSTONIANS was written by Henry James and THE CRUCIBLE is set in Salem, Mass.
-
Thank you 🙂 corrected the author (and *blushing*!)
All of these movies are not set in Boston, which is why I said in the beginning in or near (all of Massachusetts is fabulous to me) but I make lots of booboos, so feel free to correct me anytime, I appreciate it 🙂
-
Truly Great movies in a Great City.
-
How neat! I had no idea so many movies were set in Boston.
-
These are all great movies that I didnt’ realize were filmed in Boston.
-
I had no idea all these were set in Boston.
-
So mny great movies set in Boston. I have never seen a few of these, going to have to check them out.

It looks like your son is having a fantastic time in that first video! 🙂
-
You did great! I fumble all over the place trying to remember all my talking points and not mumbling or saying um a lot. Little Man looks like he had a good time too! I really like the play yard – it looks like it has everything and if you were short on money and space it’d be a great alternative to a full size crib or basinett.
-
First of all, you are totally adorable! I love your accent 🙂 Secondly, these look like some great products for mom and baby. I love that play yard. That is definitely a necessity!!
-
Little man!!!
-
You did great!!
-
Love the music on the playard! I also really like that changing station it has built in.
-
That’s definitely going on my list when I get pregnant!
-
Great Reviews, I love the Video Reviews, good job 🙂
-
These all look like great products! I’ll never need them again, but think that stroller rocks!
-
You did such a great job, Penelope!
Great reviews.
-
You’re way more comfortable doing your review than I’d ever be. And I love watching your soon move in and out of the 1st video. Thanks for sharing!
