Family time is always special if you are all together having fun, and a great way to make sure you’re having fun is spending time at Chuck E. Cheese’s. We found out how great Chuck E. Cheese’s is after some great and memorable birthday parties there, but really, it’s always a good time to head over for some family fun.
Kids love games, and so do us adults, and the games at Chuck E. Cheese’s are fun! They are engaging and fill kids with excitement as they run from one to the next, trying them all. They love doing well at a favorite game and beating an old score, trying lots of new things all under one roof, and they have such a blast…sort of an amusement park experience indoors. The sounds, the lights, the laughing, the food, the cheering, the excitement… it’s all happy making. My sons can’t get enough of tossing those balls, playing those video games, scoring those points (and often making new friends too).
And the snacks just make it all better. You can order a pizza as a family for a yummy family meal or get a few pies so everyone gets their favorite toppings, and they are always fresh. We always tend to order the Sampler Platter so we can try a big of everything, and love the breadsticks too. Since it’s a place for kids, no one will “Shhh!” your kids when they get (loudly) excited talking about returning to the games as soon as they finish their delicious meal, and it’s all affordable too. Did your son bring home an “A” on an exam? Take him to Chuck E. Cheese’s. Did your daughter perform well at a dance recital, or score the winning point in a game? Take the family out to commemorate the big win. It’s always a great time to bring the family together to celebrate all those victories, big and small, because they all matter.
We remember the times we laughed and had fun with our parents growing up, and cherish them. The times we ate together and played together make up the best memories of our childhoods, so having fun times and laughing with our kids is a great way to build their family memories too, because just like us, they will remember it one day when they look back and think about all those times we took them out for an evening of food and fun. And luckily, both fun times and great food are all in one spot, the spot that kids all know and cheer when they hear they are going – Chuck E. Cheese’s. They recognize the mouse and collect those cups… he’s a family friend!
