Penelope Beauty Blogger Welcome to Penelope’s Oasis, and thanks for your interest! I’m Penelope, the mom of one delicious bunchkin and happy wife to a police officer, living in New York City and currently expecting baby #2. I’m a freelance writer, ex-pharmacist, and self-proclaimed domestic goddess. I love to write about family and relationships, healthy living, beauty and fashion, homemaking and cooking.

Penelope’s Oasis sees almost two million annual visitors, and has a readership predominantly of women 21-35 (mostly moms). I’m active on Twitter (over 18k followers) and am actively expanding into other social media as well (Facebook, Pinterest and Google+ are the current focus). Are you looking for help to promote your family friendly, quality products or services? We are PR friendly and are happy to work with companies that create products we feel would be interesting to our readers. We have worked with some wonderful companies, and currently have ongoing relationships with a few.

We prefer to work with companies that would interest our readers and develop long-term relationships, for the benefit of our readers and the company. Our content space dedicated to reviews is limited, so we will not be able to accommodate all requests, but we will be happy to discuss possible ideas. We are not a review blog and so only post reviews for products we love and want to recommend to our readers- as such, sending us a product does not guarantee a review.

Brand Ambassadorships

I have worked with some wonderful companies in the past to represent them long-term for a brand ambassadorship, including Ralph Lauren and Verizon Fios, and am currently representing Joovy as a brand ambassador. This is my preferred method of working with a company that I feel I can proudly stand behind, because it gives me the opportunity to get to know the people and product I am representing, and to work together to develop and explore lots of unique and fun ways to promote these products/services.
