The Endless Garden Bar

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Ruby Tuesday. All opinions are 100% mine.

I love a good salad, probably more than any other food. My brother-in-law says a fresh yummy salad is to me what a juicy steak to everyone else, and I can’t disagree. I crave a crisp green salad piled high with tasty toppings more than anything when I’m feeling hungry.

Ruby Tuesday offers a great salad bar, and whenever I visit I order a Garden Salad, sometimes along with a soup or burger. Now, Ruby Tuesday has introduced an all-new, expanded Endless Garden Bar with almost 60 tantalizing ingredients, making a fabulous thing even better… and the options are endless.

Over a dozen new fruits and vegetables allow you to make the perfect salad for your taste buds, topped with premium cheeses such as feta or blue cheese crumble, a selection of crunchy topping like their famous croutons (I’m not kidding when I say I sometimes go just because I crave those), and eight dressings that are made in-house with fresh ingredients that are carefully selected.

Sound good? It tastes good too!

The new Endless Garden Bar is now available at Ruby Tuesday locations nationwide, and for me, that means my favorite lunch is better than ever.

There was so much variety at Ruby Tuesday’s Endless Garden Bar, from eight unique and absolutely delicious dressings to choose from that are all made in-house (my favorites were the Light Ranch, the Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette, and the Garden Herb Ranch- yes, I made three salads), and so many new options for toppings that I mixed up what I put on ever time I went back for another. The Endless Salad Bar not only offers endless options, but you can go back for refills too.

Surprising new toppings on the menu? Hummus! Pico de gallo! Grapes and Apples! Wasabi Peas! Seed Mix! I was already familiar with the four options for the crisp greens such as romaine lettuce, iceberg greens, baby spinach, and field greens, and favorite toppings such as roasted corn, baby bella mushrooms, potato or pasta salad, and those incredible Ruby Tuesday croutons, but more than twenty new options? It was really, really good, and a great way to eat healthy when I’m eating out with friends or family (or stopping by on my own for a quick bite). Everyone in my family had a great meal, with my sons choosing Kids Meals that also have some healthy side options (my younger son loves grapes). Kids eat free on Tuesday evenings!
