John Wm. Macy’s CheeseCrisps are tasty bites, and I’m finding they also work well crushed up and added over a casserole (the recipe I’m sharing today). Adding them to a kid’s lunch is a savory snack for school too.

They taste like dessert, and while they would be great added to an ice cream sundae or fruit dish, maybe even chopped up and added over a fruit filling and baked like a cobbler, they are so incredibly delicious as is that you don’t need to do anything but lay out a box for everyone to be happy… sooo good!
Cheesy Baked Chicken + Green Bean Casserole w. Crushed CheeseCrisps
1 16 oz package frozen green beans, thawed, drained
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 cup shredded swiss Cheese
2 tbs butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup crushed John Wm. Macy’s Cheddar Rosemary CheeseCrisps
salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2. Brown chicken breast in skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
2. Combine the cheese, butter, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir together. Stir in chicken.
4. Place green beans to a baking dish, add in chicken mixture, and mix together lightly.
5. Cover with CheeseCrisps and bake for about 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
