A Deliciously Spooky Halloween

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of The Hershey Company. All opinions are 100% mine.

Halloween parties are fun for Americans of all ages, and at least a third of us will be hosting or attending a Halloween party this year. Those parties are especially fun when the treats are part of the decorations- sort of like Hansel and Gretel eating the house of the wicked witch, decorating for a Halloween party with Hershey’s chocolates and candies that can be eaten makes it all part of the fun.

And Hershey treats are made for Halloween! They offer classic treats like Cadbury Scrème Eggs, perfect for things like taking aim at those who dare to enter, or playing a game of “catch the flying egg in the pumpkin!” with the kidlets catapulting Cadbury Scrème Eggs into their trick or treating baskets – a triple tasking treat that tastes delicious when the fun is over too.

Hershey also offers seasonal treats the special Halloween flavors and designs, like orange colored Kit Kat® bars, Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins, and Hershey’s Cookies n’ Creme bars and all in snack size for party guests and trick or treaters.

Kids love lollipops, and a favorite is always Jolly Rancher candy, so the caramel apple flavor are sure to be a hit, if you dare to try to snatch one. They are being guarded by a most creepy watchman who uses one of the pops as his own hatchet.

do you dare

Hershey treats are designed to spookify your Halloween parties, on their own or as decorations … why not create a tasty and edible cemetery?

beware-3

We used layers of raw sugar and graham crackers to create the earth that secure the tombs of the undead lying underneath, but a graveyard of brownie or cake mix would also work amazingly well with Hershey’s mini tomb-shaped chocolate treats in both Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme bars and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars. They are perfect to top cupcakes, muffins, cakes, etc…get creative!

If you are hosting a Halloween party this year, decorate with the treats that are made for Halloween. Hershey helps families harness the magic of Halloween by sharing new and classic treats that help transform any Halloween party from normal to paranormal.

We won’t be doing a party this year. I will be taking the night out. I LUV that little graveyard idea.

Halloween is one of my all time favorite holidays and candy is definitely has a bit to do with that decision. The edible cemetery you made is awesome!

Catch the flying egg sounds like a lot of fun. It’s a delight to add a new event to the party. Cadbury eggs always have something tasty for holidays, don’t they?

  • I’m loving these Halloween treats. I need to put together a list of things I need to have for the Halloween party.

That looks like so much fun! Plus, it must be so delicious too.
