Happier Babies = Happier Moms @PlaytexBaby #MomTrust

Happy babies make for happy moms, and colicky babies make for both unhappy babies and moms (and dads, and siblings) so many parents who struggle with a newborn with colic look for ways to reduce it and ease their baby’s pain. Playtex created bottle-feeding products designed specifically to reduce colic, and you don’t need to wait and see if your child has it. If you bottle feed your child at any point, why not try to prevent colic right from the start, with Playtex Ventaire Baby Bottles and Nurser Bottles with Drop-Ins?

Playtex Ventaire Baby Bottles are uniquely designed to reduce colic by way of a bottom vent that helps to reduce air ingestion, and an angled design to promote feeding in the proper, semi-upright position. Most bottles vent through the nipple, but the micro-channels in the VentAire vents keep air at the back of the bottle so virtually none is mixed in with the milk, or entering baby’s tummy.

Playtex also has Nurser bottles with pre-sterilized Drop-Ins liners which collapse while your baby is drinking to keep air out of the bottle and reduce colic. When your baby is done with a bottle, just toss the Drop-In liner and add a new one any time he is ready for the next bottle- very easy!

Both bottle designs work with any new Playtex nipple and both come with Naturalatch Silicome Nipples that mimic baby’s latch on the breast, so bottle feeding is easier and more comfortable from the very beginning. Both the Ventaire and Nurser bottles are also dishwasher safe (easier clean up) and leak proof (less mess), making mom’s life easier too.

My son wanted to show me he can insert the Drop-Ins himself, and spent a good ten minutes focused on his project… he sort of got it 🙂 He’s only two, lol.

  • We used the Playtex liners in bottles when our daughter was an infant. The drop ins were just brand new way back then and just before she was out of bottle feeding I started to use them. I loved the convenience of them back them, I bet after 18 years they are made even better now!

  • I love how sanitary these bottles are. There is no need to worry about germs staying in the bottles. I love that!

  • He’s so adorable and I’m so happy bottles have come so far to help make moms and babies all the more happier!

  • I could have really used this when Zeva was younger. Now she’s on sippy cups and is really pushing to use a real cup all the time now too (if she didn’t constantly spill her drinks I’d gladly let her make the complete switch.) Zeva was very colicky, and this would had been extremely helpful for her.

  • I didn’t realize that bottles can add or lessen the effects of colic. Great to know Playtex offers this system.

  • Happy babies = happy mommies is so true! Your son is adorable!

  • When I had littl(er) ones I loved Playtex, still do 🙂

  • I used Playtex bottles with drop in liners with my oldest and Ventaire with my other two children. I have always considered them one of my favorite baby brands.

  • These look like really good bottles. They’d make a great baby shower gift.

  • My youngest had colic, and I would have done anything to help ease the discomfort. It was such a challenging time for all of us.

  • Wow sounds like this bottle works great. I love how it is leak proof. My sister is expecting so I will have to tell her about these, in case she hasn’t heard of them yet.

  • I have to admit sometimes I miss having a baby around. Love all the new products they have come out with over the years.

  • What a cutie! I like that Playtex is a name you can trust.

  • Playtex has come a really long way since my kids were little. It’s great to see a bottle that makes both mom and baby more happier.

  • I always went with Playtex bottles for juice when the kids were little. The drop-in liners are an awesome change though.

  • Neither of my girls would take bottles (sad for me), but I have girlfriends that swear by Playtex and anything that helps with colic is a winner to me!

  • If I hadn’t breast fed this is exactly the kind of bottle I would have wanted for my son.
