Jumping Up And Down #SummerOfGroupon

This post brought to you by Summer of Groupon. All opinions are 100% mine.

You know what my favorite memories as a kid were? Just running around, jumping, skipping and hopping, without a care in the world. Surrounded by other kids in a big open space, the freedom and adrenaline rush of just letting go and bouncing around was fun. Now that I’m a mom, seeing my kids have a blast, filled with excitement and energy and just rushing around having a great time is one of my favorite things.

A day of jumping and bouncing at fun kids’ places like Bounce U and Kangaroo Kids Inflatable Party Center is the type of memory making that my kids will one day look back on fondly, so I’m happy to bring them for days where they just want to cool off from the blazing sun outside. They can safely play, climb high, jump higher, and everything is padded or inflated, so no booboos. I can take a break too, and just sit and watch them (and take pictures).

Our little guy tried to keep up, with mixed results, but he definitely gave it all he got, and had a great time running around with his older brother! He’s becoming an independent little dude lately too so he doesn’t want any help, thank you very much.

A hot summer filled with long, lazy days of fun is the best kind of summer for little kids, and I’m glad we are able to find family adventures for them to enjoy, especially affordable ones so we can do it often. We found Kangaroo Kids in Groupon’s Summer Shop under family adventures for only $19 for five fun sessions (that’s a lot of jumping!), and Bounce U for $17.99 for three open sessions, a great deal if you are looking to spend under $25 for some family fun (that’s actually less than $6 each time for either one).

I was invited to share how I’m having a summer to remember by Groupon, and anyone who joins in has the chance to win a grand prize of $50,000, just by enjoying local Groupons until August 24th (new ones you buy or old ones you haven’t redeemed yet all count)…so why not enjoy an epic summer? Find out more in the Summer Shop here!

My other favorite thing that I loved as a kid was the after running around part, the part where I can snuggle up with my parents for a nap, or sit quietly with a delicious fruity juice box and rest, and think about how much fun I had. As a parent, that quiet time snuggling together is my other favorite thing too, so it was a win win day all around. How are you enjoying summer?

  • Looks like they had a blast! I know my nieces and nephews would go crazy if we had a place like this near them to play in!!!

  • What a fun place to play! I wish they had these places when I was little.

  • Awe. They certainly looked like they had a TON of fun! The girls haven’t done any kind of bounce house thing, except for at parties. They always have a lot of fun so I should probably look into finding a center that has more to plan on!

  • Those were always some of my favorites too, especially the slides!

  • Multiple sessions for such a low price? That’s pretty incredible!

  • Oh my gosh – your boys are so precious. I remember taking my daughter to places like these was great fun for her when she was in pre-school. Good for me too because we usually went with friends and I could socialize as well. Those are fantastic Groupons for the admission – definitely a bargain for the kids to bounce off some energy.

  • My little guy would love that. We have a BounceU really close to us!

  • It looks like they had a lot of fun! 🙂

  • What a great groupon deal – and how much fun do they look like they’re having in those pictures!? I bet they had a blast!!!

  • I’m trying to keep my kids entertained, but as summer continues I’m running out of ideas. Soon the “I’m bored” statements will start rolling in. I need to check out Groupon! Your kids look like they had a blast!

  • My grandkids love bounce houses. I wish I had a big space to have one in the house.

  • Sounds like a great deal and a perfect way to spend a summer day that is too hot of being outside. My kids are older and all working this summer, so I have a lot of free time on my hands, maybe I should look for some groupons to keep me from getting bored!

  • I know the kids had a ball here, looks like fun.

  • When my son was younger he could spend all day at bounce houses. We even had a couple of birthday parties at them. Now he loves going to Jump Jam… it’s a local trampoline place. All the floors are trampolines.

  • My kids love these types of places. They’ve only been twice. I should take them to the local one soon.

  • That looks like a superfun time! I have very fond memories of those types of places!

  • Looks like they had a blast!

We moved to the country so our children could romp and roam and we love it!

  • My kids would love some play time at a bounce place. Finding a way for them exercise and get some pent up energy out is always awesome!

  • More fun! Your boys are so handsome!
