Love pirates? Love the Backyardigans? Good, because this brand new DVD from the Backyardigans is choc’ful of both. Four episodes featuring the Backyardigans setting sail on pirate adventures, performing heroic deeds, and of course teaching preschoolers everywhere how to dance. This extremely colorful keeps little man, and pretty much all little bunchkins, fascinated. I couldn’t get shots that would do it justice (I tried propping the camera on the LCD TV stand to get a great shot with the crisp high definition, but they seem a little shaky, which is a shame because the animation of the Backyardigans is AWESOME!)

The Backyardigans are five neighbors who meet in their adjoining backyard and use their imagination to transform themselves anywhere they wish for fabulous adventures. In Pirate Camp, a ghost captures the great pirate captain Austin. In Pirate Treasure, our friends race to find treasure while bopping to some reggae. In Sinbad Sails Alone, Tyrone mambos as he faces rough seas, a siren, and Medusa! Finally, in the Tale of the Not-So-Nice Dragon, the Backyardigans have so save King Pablo and his Might Knights from the Not-So-Nice Dragon!
