We are big fans of Nickelodeon shows. Little man loves SpongeBob, Laurie Berkner, and Olivia, and each time we’re introduced to new shows, we tend to become instant fans. Sisters and Brothers is a collection of six baby episodes from five of Nickelodeon’s most popular shows: Dora the Explorer, Wonder Pets, Go, Diego, Go!, Ni Hao, Kai-lan, and Blue’s Clues.

Before viewing this DVD we had never watched three of those shows before, but now we can add three more great Nickelodeon shows to our favorites list. We *love* Blue’s Clues, Kai-lan, and Wonder Pets! In the Blue’s Clues episode on Sisters and Brothers DVD, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper are waiting for their new baby, and in the meantime we see all the other characters as babies and view their baby photo albums.
In Ni Hao, Kai-lan baby Hoho learns it’s important to listen, and also learns how to (stop, listen, and look at the person talking to you, or else you may miss something important!). We also learn a little bit of Mandarin Chinese, and some fun Chinese customs and traditions. It’s a great show, and a great episode, perfect for kidlets under five.
There are two episodes of Wonder Pets, a bunch of adorable animals, and these two revolve around baby Marvin. An episode with Dora expecting a new sibling and Diego saving baby spider monkeys round out this very fun DVD.
