Super Quick and Easy Slowcooker Dinners

Some days are very hectic, but you still want to have a great meal for your family. Here are some very easy, simple, and tasty meals that can be put together amazingly fast, and ready in time for dinner later in the day.

Put four boneless, skinless chicken breasts- cut into one inch pieces (if you’ll be back home for dinner in five hours) or left whole (if you’ll be back for dinner in about seven hours) into your slowcooker. Add either any cream of soup from a can (can be cream of mushroom, cream of brocolli, etc), or any marinade or sauce (tomato with sweet peppers, teriyaki, sesame ginger, etc) and frozen veggies you like. When you come home, all you have to do is make some angel hair pasta (cooks very fast) as a side and you have a delicious, quick, home made meal.

I’m in love with slow cookers. You can read my review of the All-Clad 6 1/2 Qt Stainless Steel Slowcooker <— at this link.
