3 cups mushrooms
1 cup barley
1 celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
5 cups vegetable broth
1 cup water
2 tsps olive oil

1. Wash mushrooms and cut into halves
2. Heat olive oil in a large pot and add mushrooms. Stir over heat about 3-5 minutes.
